Do you offer a white-label MCP endpoint?
Yes, on the enterprise plan. Your MCP endpoint runs at a domain you choose with your branding, and PayAPI Market handles the discovery layer.
Can we get volume discounts on platform fees?
Above $50K/month gross revenue, fees are negotiable. Below that the standard Free or Featured tier rates apply.
What's the SLA on the marketplace itself?
PayAPI Market's discovery layer targets 99.9% uptime. Individual API uptime is the responsibility of each provider; we publish per-listing health metrics.
Are payments custodial?
No. USDC settles directly from the agent's wallet to your wallet on-chain. PayAPI Market never holds your funds and cannot freeze them.
Is there a procurement contract?
Most enterprises use the standard Featured tier with no custom contract. For organisations that require one (legal, finance, public sector), we have a short master services agreement available on request.
